Richard Geoffroy, former winemaker for Dom Pérignon, now Founder/Maker of IWA Sake will welcome guests into Le Jardinier’s private dining room to discover his vision, philosophy and approach in crafting this luxury sake, founded in Toyama, Japan in 2019. Experience the versatility of severalAssemblagesof IWA, including older, rare releases flown in from Japan for these evenings, paired with a special 5-course tasting menu curated by Chef de Cuisine Felipe Botero.
